ビスホスホネート

Abstract
ビスホスホネート（BP）は高い骨折予防効果と長期間の使用経験から安全性が担保され，現在，国内外で骨粗鬆症治療の第一選択薬となっている．近年，4 週に一度の服薬製剤や静注製剤など新しいBP が臨床応用され，食後服用薬や年1 回投与薬剤も開発が進められている．一方で顎骨壊死や非定型大腿骨骨折との関連性も指摘されているが，その発生頻度はきわめて低い．
