Abstract
原発不明がんの診療においては，治癒可能な患者群，予後良好な患者群を的確に抽出するための系統立った検査計画が求められる．また本疾患は多様ながん種を含んでおり，それぞれの病態に応じた治療法を選択していく必要がある．本稿では，不均一な疾患群から成り立つ原発不明がんに対して適切な診療を行っていくための指針を述べる．
