Von Hippel-Lindau 病に発生した腎細胞癌術後片腎再発に対してラジオ波凝固療法を施行した1 例─適応と手技上の工夫について─

Abstract
症例は48 歳，女性。38 歳時にvon Hippel-Lindau 病に合併した両側多発腎細胞癌で右腎全摘出術，左腎部分切除術を施行されていた。今回，腸管に接する左側の腎細胞癌術後片腎再発を認め，炭酸ガスを注入すること（carbon dioxide a dissection technique）で腸管損傷を来すことなく安全にCT ガイド下にRFA を施行し，腎機能を温存して腎細胞癌を治療できた1 例を経験した。
