Abstract
脳動脈瘤のクリッピング術において，アデノシンのボーラス静注で数秒から数十秒程度の短時 間の心停止を誘発し，脳動脈瘤を減圧することができる．この方法は，母血管遮断が難しい場 合に有用である．また，もしごく短時間の減圧で目的とする手技が完遂できる状況であれば，母 血管の遮断に代わる方法として用いることもできる．
