α1 遮断薬とPDE5 阻害薬の併用療法は、前立腺肥大症例の下部尿路症状を改善させる可能性がある。小規模な研究が多く、エビデンスレベルは低い。頻度は低いものの、起立性低血圧などの心血管相互作用に注意が必要である。
