42巻5号(2014);View Description Hide Description2014年3月22日に第78回日本循環器学会学術集会のファイアサイドセミナー「2014年診療報酬改定とジェネリック医薬品-循環器ジェネリック医薬品に注目して-」[座長:北風政史氏(国立循環器病研究センター臨床研究部長,心臓血管内科部長),共催:沢井製薬株式会社]が開催された。ここでは武藤正樹氏(日本ジェネリック医薬品学会代表理事,国際医療福祉大学大学院教授)の講演のなかから,2013年4月に政府が発表したジェネリック医薬品のさらなる使用促進のための新たなロードマップや目標水準,欧米のジェネリック医薬品の現状などについて紹介する。

難消化性デキストリン配合コーヒーの長期摂取および過剰摂取における安全性の検討
42巻5号(2014);View Description Hide DescriptionObjective We evaluated the safety of long︱term or excessive intake of coffee beverage containing indigestible dextrin in healthy adults including the volunteers with mild hyperglycemia (fasting blood glucose level:100︱125 mg╱dL)and╱or mild hypertriglyceridemia(fasting serum triglyceride:150︱199 mg╱dL). Methods To evaluate the safety of long︱term intake of the beverage(150mL)containing 5g of indigestible dextrin, an open︱label trial was conducted. Also, to evaluate the safety of excessive intake of the beverage(150mL)containing 5g of indigestible dextrin, an open︱label trial was conducted. 28 subjects were given the test beverage 3 bags(450 mL)a day with meal for 4 weeks. Result In the long︱term and excessive ingestion trials, no clinical problems were observed in the blood examinations and physical examinations. Conclusion Thus, these results demonstrated the safety of the coffee beverage containing indigestible dextrin in healthy adults including the volunteers with mild hyperglycemia and╱or mild hypertriglyceridemia in the case of the long︱term and excessive intake. -
難消化性デキストリン配合コーヒーによる食後血糖値上昇抑制効果の検討―二重盲検ランダム化クロスオーバー試験―
42巻5号(2014);View Description Hide DescriptionObjective We developed a coffee beverage supplemented with resistant maltodextrin. In this study, we investigated whether the beverage would suppress the postprandial elevation of the blood glucose level. Methods A double︱blinded crossover trial was performed. The subjects were healthy volunteers. The subjects ingested the test coffee beverage containing 5 g(as dietary fiber)of resistant maltodextrin or the control coffee beverage without resistant maltodextrin, together with the meal. Blood samples were drawn before and 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes after the ingestion, and their blood glucose levels and insulin levels were measured. Result Intake of the test coffee beverage containing resistant maltodextrin significantly suppressed the elevation of postprandial blood glucose levels at 30, 60 and 120 minutes as compared with those of the control coffee beverage. Conclusion The data obtained through these trial suggested that the coffee beverage supplemented with resistant maltodextrin suppresses elevation of the blood glucose level. -

The subjects were 90 healthy volunteers(serum triglyceride 120︱200 mg╱dL). The subjects ingested the test coffee beverage containing 5 g(as dietary fiber)of resistant maltodextrin or the control coffee beverage without resistant maltodextrin, together with the high︱fat meal. Blood samples were drawn before and 2, 3, 4 and 6 hours after the ingestion, and their serum triglyceride levels were measured. Result Intake of the test coffee beverage containing resistant maltodextrin significantly suppressed the elevation of postprandial serum triglyceride levels at 2, 3 and 4 hours as compared with those of the control coffee beverage. Conclusion The data obtained through these trials suggested that the coffee beverage supplemented with indigestible dextrin suppresses elevation of serum triglyceride. -
凍り豆腐の長期摂食による脂質代謝改善効果
42巻5号(2014);View Description Hide DescriptionObjectives We researched that intake of Kori︱tofu have an effect on lipid metabolism. Methods Forty healthy subjects ingested 18.5 g of seasoned Kori︱ tofu per day for 28days. Serum triglyceride, LDL and HDL︱cholesterol level were recorded. Results Intake of the Kori︱tofu increased serum HDL level, that resulted in decrease Arteriosclerosis Index. In subjects who have highly serum triglyceride level, intake of the Kori︱tofu tended to decrease serum triglyceride level of the subjects. Conclusions Intake of Kori︱tofu improve lipid metabolism, that prevent arteriosclerosis.
