Abstract
成人の鼠径部ヘルニアの修復術においてbilayer patch deviceは，腹膜前腔からmyopectineal orifice全体を補強し，さらにonlaypatch により内腹斜筋の外側である鼠径管後壁，内鼠径輪を含む外側三角を広く補強する方法である 1, 2）．特に腹膜前腔の補強のため，後壁はヘルニア嚢に連続する腹膜と腹膜前筋膜深葉の間を，後壁以外は腹膜前腔である腹膜前筋膜深葉と浅葉の間を剥離しなければならない．
