Abstract
デスモイド腫瘍（desmoid-typefibromatosis）は深部軟部組織に発生し，線維芽細胞の増殖からなるまれな腫瘍である．遠隔転移はしないが局所再発を繰り返すことがあり，他臓器に浸潤した場合は致命的になりうる．本稿では，他臓器合併切除を要した腸間膜デスモイド腫瘍の2 例を提示し病理学的知見をふまえて報告する．
