Abstract
審査腹腔鏡は進行胃癌の治療方針決定のために行われることがある手術手技である.CT などの検査では明らかではない腹膜播種を発見できる場合もあり,洗浄細胞診検査も可能である.わが国では,腹膜播種の可能性が比較的高いとされる大型3 型・4 型胃癌に対して行われる場合が多い.本稿では,術前化学療法との関連を含めて審査腹腔鏡の適応について解説した.
