原発性鎖骨下静脈血栓症は，Paget—Schroetter 症候群とも呼ばれ，血液凝固疾患，膠原病，悪性腫瘍などの血栓性素因や静脈カテーテル留置などの明らかな原因がなく発症する．今回，保存的治療を行い経過が良好であった原発性鎖骨下静脈血栓症の1 例を経験したので報告する．
