Abstract
オートファジーは細胞内分解を通じて恒常性維持に貢献し，その機能不全は老化や疾患につながる．ラパマイシンをはじめ多くのオートファジー誘導剤が知られているにもかかわらず，オートファジーに基づく医薬開発は進んでいない．本稿では創薬における問題点を概説し，新しいアプローチも紹介する．
