Abstract
日本にEBM が導入されて約20 年が経ちました。その間に，エビデンスそのものの問題点，またその評価，実臨床への当てはめについて，いくつかの課題も浮き彫りになってきたのではないかと思います。EBMという概念・手法に限界のようなものがあるのか，あるいは，日本における特殊事情が関連しているのか，循環器系のエビデンスを中心に，ご意見をお願いします。
