Abstract
We had a 92-year-old female patient with recurrent sensing and pacing failure in pacemaker implantation. She underwent no less than five times operations within two weeks in spite of careful management of medical staffs. Myocardium of the oldest-old denatures in structural and functional aspect including conducting system. Attention should be paid in implanting pacemaker for the oldest-old.
