Abstract

The usefulness of Remote Monitoring System（RMS） in Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices（CIEDs） has been any reported, and its use is spreading. On the other hand, an increase in work burden has been reported. Mainspring Data ExpressTM （Medtronic, Inc.） has the potential to reduce the work burden. Therefore, we investigated whether Mainspring Data ExpressTM could reduce the work burden. We decided to compare the RMS of the four companies used in our hospital. Targets were website access time, PDF creation time, PDF download time, and total time. The total time of Mainspring Data ExpressTM was 12.10 ±1.98 seconds on average, which was statistically significantly shorter than the other groups. The shortest working time for Mainspring Data ExpressTM, which does not require PDF creation time or PDF download time, is a natural result. However, such reports are useful because there is no other report. Mainspring Data ExpressTM is a useful system that can contribute to the RMS work burden.
