intrinsic ATP（以下iATP）とはMedtronic社より発売されたICD（Cobalt XT）に搭載されている，心室頻拍（以下VT）の停止に際し電気生理学的検査に基づいた抗頻拍ペーシング治療を行う機能である。VTが認められた患者に対し，この機能が有効に作動した症例を報告する。
