植込み型心臓電気デバイス（CIED）装着患者が航空旅行を行う際，旅行会社から航空機搭乗の支障の有無に関する診断書を求められることがある。今回われわれは旅行会社，航空会社によるCIED患者の利用制限，診断書等提出の要否を調査した。
