AVRTのEPSにおいて逆伝導の最早期部位の検出は，Kent 束の同定に非常に重要である。今回われわれは，過去のアブレーションによってブロックラインが形成され，頻拍中の最早期部位が1st session でCSカテーテルより遠位端に存在していたため頻拍の診断に難渋した症例を経験したので報告する。
