HD gridにおける“Reversed-U curveテクニック”の有用性

Abstract
Advisor HD Grid Mapping Catheter(以下HDGrid)は,扇形の先端に16 個の電極が配置された多極マッピングカテ-テルであり,高解像度のマッピングが可能である(図1)1).しかし,扇形の先端は柔らかく,ときとして心内でのカテ-テル保持は困難である.また,HD Grid は扇の根元に磁気センサ-が配置されているため,扇全体の可動域のすべてを網羅する磁気情報の取得が困難な場合がある.今回われわれは,これらの問題点を解決しうるマッピング方法を紹介する.
