Abstract
LAMP（loop-mediated isothermal amplification）法は，圧倒的に優れた感度と特異度，および迅速性が特色であり，反応に特殊な機器を必要としないうえに，PCR法において問題となる各種阻害物質の影響が少ないため，遺伝子診断法としての適用に大きく期待が持たれている．本法を駆使することによって，臨床検体からの真菌症遺伝子診断，分離酵母および糸状菌に対する遺伝子同定の迅速化と自動化が期待できる．
