Abstract
1997 年の睡眠に関する疫学の全国調査では，不眠症は男性17.3%（14.6〜20.0%），女性21.5%（18.8〜24.3%），睡眠の質の悪さは男性17.8%（15.3〜20.3%），女性20.2%（17.6〜22.7%），睡眠薬の常用率は男性3.5%（2.3〜3.7%），女性5.4%（4.1〜6.8%）であった．
