Abstract
DDS における，局所と全身療法，EPR 効果，active targeting とpassive targeting の概念を念頭に，徐放剤や抗体医薬，リポソーム，高分子ミセル，RNAi，ウイルスベクターといった分類から，がんの領域において治療現場に登場した，あるいは臨床応用化が期待されるDDS 治療を，本邦での開発，取り組みに視点を置きながら概説した．がんの分子標的療法において，DDS は分子標的創薬とともに，分子標的「創剤」として，重要な位置を占める．
