Abstract
経頭蓋ドプラ検査（TCD）は，脳血管病変，血流中の栓子，さらにt-PA を用いた線溶療法（t-PA 静注療法）中の再開通現象などの評価が可能である．近年，t-PA静注療法に超音波照射を併用すると，線溶効果が増強することが明らかになった．本稿では，超急性期脳梗塞診療におけるTCD の臨床応用を中心に概説したい．
