Abstract
膵がんの予後は不良であったが，最近は化学放射線療法の進歩によって少しずつ改善の傾向にある．化学放射線療法の進歩としては，塩酸ゲムシタビン（GEM）などの新規抗がん剤の登場や，三次元原体照射などの高精度放射線治療の普及などが挙げられる．さらに今後は，強度変調放射線治療などの適用や，GEM，S-1 などの抗がん剤と放射線治療との適切な併用法の検討などにより，さらなる局所制御の向上および長期成績の向上が期待される．
