Abstract
インスリン分泌促進因子であるインクレチン（GLP-1 とGIP）は，膵β細胞以外の組織にもその受容体が発現している．膵β細胞への作用は共通であるが，膵外での受容体発現様式は２つのホルモンで異なるため，固有の作用を発揮している．インクレチン薬はGLP-1 シグナルの刺激という点では共通であるが，GIP シグナルでは異なり，これが薬効の違いに繋がっている．
