Abstract
染色体転座をはじめとする融合遺伝子の形成は，血液系腫瘍や軟部腫瘍に特有と考えられていた時代もあったが，いまや固形腫瘍においても重要な役割を果たすことが明らかになっている．その少なからずが分子標的薬の対象となり，実際の臨床に応用されているものもある．本稿では肺がんにおける融合遺伝子について概説し，その検出法について触れる．
