Abstract
DPP–4 阻害薬の心血管アウトカム試験では，サキサグリプチンのSAVOR–TIMI53，アログリプチンのEXAMINE，シタグリプチンのTECOS が報告されている．対象は少し異なるが，いずれの試験においてもプラセボ群に比して非劣性が証明され，優越性は示されなかった．心不全による入院が増加する傾向にあり，インクレチン関連薬に共通するクラス効果である可能性もある．膵炎も増加傾向であったが発症例数は少なかった．
