Abstract
ロボット支援手術は，da VincRi Surgical System の登場によって急速に広がりつつある．本邦における胃がんに関するロボット支援手術は，先進医療B の臨床試験を経て2018年4月からの保険収載が決定した．世界的に見て，ロボット支援下胃切除術が従来の腹腔鏡胃切除術を上回るという報告はいまだ少ないが，今後の症例の集積およびさらなる手術支援ロボットの技術発展により，胃がん手術の中心的役割を果たす可能性がある．
