Abstract
薬剤性肺障害のCT による画像パターンは7 型に分類される．背景に通常型間質性肺炎や非特異性間質性肺炎等の慢性間質性肺炎を有するほど，薬剤性肺障害は発生頻度が上がり，かつ重篤となる．薬剤性肺障害は一般的に，癒着等により呼吸性移動が低下した領域には生じず，動きの良いほうに発生するが，免疫チェックポイント阻害薬ではその限りではない．
