核酸医薬の実現化に向け，エクソソームと呼ばれる細胞外分泌小胞の疾患治療への利用が期待されている．エクソソームを応用した核酸の治療を目指した研究の紹介と，エクソソーム内に存在する分子を用いた治療法の開発を紹介し，エクソソームの核酸医薬に対する応用の可能性を考察する．
