Abstract
肝細胞癌に対する治療の第一選択は系統的肝切除である。様々な術式の工夫により適応範囲は拡大されつつあり比較的良好な予後が期待できる。特に門脈腫瘍栓を伴うHCC には肝切除が唯一の根治的治療法である。
