Abstract
Innovative Clinical Research Center, Kanazawa University（iCREK）has been disclosing a sample of protocol adapted to Clinical Trials Act and its checklist. This article reports the preparation of these documents. We hope to share the considerations in the preparation help clinical research planning in other clinical institutions.
