Abstract
不整脈源性右室心筋症（ARVC）は右室優位の心筋線維化や脂肪浸潤を伴い，右室拡大や機能低下とともに右室起源の重症不整脈や突然死をきたす疾患群である。本稿では，典型的な徴候および検査所見を伴った ARVC 症例を提示する。
