Abstract
「母体急変の覚知・初期対応」とは,妊産婦の様子が「いつもと違う」「おかしい」に気付くことをきっかけに,急変した母体の状態を評価し,状態安定化のための初期対応を行うことである.この総論では,母体救命の流れを日本母体救命システム普及協議会(J‒CIMELS)のJ‒MELSベ-シックコ-スの内容を基に説明する.
