Abstract
がん看護において瘻孔ケアは必須な看護技術である．現代の瘻孔ケアは，ストーマケアと知識・技術を共有し，これらが発展したストーマケアの上級編であるともいえる．ナースの展開する瘻孔ケアの良否は，瘻孔をもつがん患者にとって，QOL を決定する重要な要素のひとつとなる．
